On August 7, 2010 RC “Lviv-Ratusha” took an active part in a joint measure of RC “Rakhiv – the Centre of Europe” and RC “Uzhorod –Skala”, in particular in raising the Rotarian banner on the highest Ukrainian mountain – Hoverla. The Rotarians overcame heroically all the difficulties of climbing the mountain range in order to conquer the crest.
On finishing the honourable mission RC “Rakhiv –the Centre of Europe” invited all participants to celebrate a solemn event in the life of their club, namely the delivery of Charter. The celebration of this event took place at
the foot of Hoverla in a friendly atmosphere of the mountainous land.
